I cannot import photos form my IPhone 6s to my PC

Hello,

I am trying to import photos from my IPhone 6s to my PC. I have been able to do it before but now I can't because most of the new pictures I want to transfer do not even come up when I make the import... I don't know I I am explaining my problem well, let me re-phrase it.

I want to transfer the pictures but when I "click" import just some of my pictures are imported into my PC, however they are very few (say I have about 1000 pics and it only transfers about 102 pics) and I am not allowed to chose these pics. Also, they are not the new ones because those are the ones I want to transfer but it does not let me do it.

Please help I am desperate... 😐😟

Thank you🙂

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.3.3

Greetings Chabelitah,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. I see you’re having issues with syncing your photos to your computer. It looks like the newest ones, the ones you want to transfer won’t show up and it’s not allowing you to pick which ones to transfer. I know how important keeping your photos safe is. I’ll be happy to help.

I have a few resources that should help. The steps and troubleshooting steps differ depending on if you’re using a Mac or Windows computer. The two resources I recommend are here:

Keep your photos safely stored and up to date on all your devices - Apple Support

Import photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Depending on how many photos you have, iCloud Photo library is a great way to make sure all your photos are synced across all your devices. You’ll find information on that in the first article.

Take care!
